Salon Policies
1. Appointments: To book an appointment, please use my online booking site lph.glossgenius.com and select the services you'd like to receive. I kindly ask that you avoid making last-minute changes to your scheduled appointments. Please give at 7 day notice of any appointment changes.
2. Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Cancellations within this time frame or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee that’s 60% of the service booked.
3. Payments: We accept cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, debit/credit cards, and card on file for your convenience.
4. Health and Safety: If you feel unwell and need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will make every effort to accommodate and reschedule your appointment.
5. Children and Guests: I welcome clients of all ages, but children must be able to sit in the chair without being held by a parent. Additionally, each client may have no more than two additional guests.
6. Respectful Conduct:
- I value your time and mine. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after 15 minutes, your appointment will be treated as a no show/cancellation.
- If you have a standing appointment and cancel 3 times in a row, your standing appointment will be removed.
- Unless you have a doctors note, please do not bring any additional products.
7. Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with a service, you have 48 hours to notify me for a redo.
